Qualification:
General Manager (Maintenance): Must be a B. E / B. Tech (EEE/Mech) degree holder from a Govt recognized Institute /University, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Maintenance of any large infrastructure projects in the following areas.
Project Manager: Must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in execution of large infrastructure projects like constructions of Bus Depot, Multi storied buildings, Commercial complex.
Joint Project Manager (Structures): Must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M. E / M. Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferred.
Deputy Project Manager (Construction): Must be a B. E / B. Tech (Civil) graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should have minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in execution of large infrastructure projects like constructions of Bus Depot, Multi storied buildings, Commercial complex.
Deputy Project Manager (Architect): Must be a B. Arch graduate from a Govt. recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE /
UGC. The incumbent should have a minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in
designing architecture, interior and landscape. Knowledge of building codes and standards
applicable locally and internationally such as NBC, NFPA, IBC etc. Experience in management
and coordination with external consultants, site team, various departments. Should possess
Knowledge of Software viz. Auto CAD, Revit BIM, BIM 360, Navisworks, Microsoft Office &
reviewing itemized BOQ etc.
Salary Details:
General Manager (Maintenance): Rs. 2,25,000/-Per Month
Project Manager: Rs. 2,25,000/-Per Month
Joint Project Manager (Structures): Rs. 1,45,000/-Per Month
Deputy Project Manager (Construction): Rs. 1,25,000/-Per Month
Deputy Project Manager (Architect): Rs. 1,25,000/-Per Month
