The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission has decided to fill up the post of Chairperson and Independent Member (CPO) at various location, under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003, The appointment shall be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Ombudsman) Regulations, 2020, and the applicable clauses of those Regulations shall govern the appointment, terms of services and functioning.
