Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) is implementing a component of Tamil Nadu Housing and Habitat Development Project (TNHHDP) assisted by World Bank. CMDA invites eligible individual consultants / experts to indicate their interest in providing the services for the below mentioned positions for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of CMDA.

Qualification:
Procurement Expert : Education background: B.E./B.Tech in civil engineering or any other discipline or Master’s in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/ Law/Business Administration or other relevant subjects like Economics/Accounting/Finance. Candidates having advanced academic/professional qualifications in procurement will be an added advantage.
Climate and Environmental Expert: Master in Environmental Engineering, Urban/Regional/Environmental Planning, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Financial Management Expert: C.A. or ICWA or MBA (Finance
Urban Economist: At least a Master’s degree in Urban Economics, Regional Economics, Development Economics, Applied Economics, Public Policy (with Economics training), or other relevant backgrounds.
Communication Expert : Graduate/Post graduate degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
Salary Details:
Procurement Expert : 18,00,000/- Per Annum
Climate and Environmental Expert: 18,00,000/- Per Annum
Financial Management Expert: 18,00,000/- Per Annum
Urban Economist: 18,00,000/- Per Annum
Communication Expert : 18,00,000/- Per Annum
