Education Qualification :
General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB will be given preference.

Deputy General Manager: For the position of Finance, the candidate shall be a Graduate/Post Graduate and shall have good knowledge of banking operations and should acquainted with latest trends in Banking/Financial Sector and should be aware of complying with the statutory and other regulatory requirements relevant to banking/Taxation. – For the position of Investment & Treasury, the candidate shall be a Graduate/Post Graduate and shall have a good knowledge in Treasury / Investment related to Banking, with specific reference to experience / skill sets in investment in G.Secs, SGL. Treasury Bills, Bonds & Debentures, Equities and various other instruments +- For the position of Chief Compliance Officer, the candidate shall be a GraduatPost Graduate and shall have a good understanding of the banking industry risk management practices, knowledge of regulations, legal requirement, auditinspection functions, and have sensitivity to Supervisory expectations. Knowledgeof statutory/regulatory prescriptions law, accountancy, risk management, information technology, etc., is desirable – For the position of CISO, the candidate shall be a Graduate / Post Graduate anpossess any one of the following Certification and experience of wInformation Security in a bank of repute: Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Security Professionl (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB, will be given preference for all the above positions.

Assistant General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA / CS/CAIIB, will be given preference.

Senior Manager/ Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidate with MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB, will be given preference. – For the post of Law, the candidate should possess the qualification B.L/L.L.B or M.L./L.L.M from a recognized University with experience in dealing with Cooperative Laws / Company Law / Law of Contracts / DRT / SARFAESI Act, Labour Laws etc. Candidates shall have experience in vetting title opinions, Settlement of Claims, General Legal opinions, matters relating to Arbitrations, Legal drafting and Pleadings etc. – For the position of Network Administrator, the candidate should possess the following qualifications/experience: An Engineering Graduate (Computer /IT) with CCNA / CCNP Certification with minimum 5 years networking experience in a Bank/ Financial Organization and experience in CISCO Routers, PALOALTO & Fortigate Firewalls, IPS, IDS and Switch For the position of Database Administrator, the candidate should possess the following qualification/experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/ Technology/ Science or equivalent with Oracle Certification. Proficient in Oracle Administrative and monitoring tools. Strong Experience in UNIX/Linux operations/ database internals, Experience in performance analysis and/ or performance optimization. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. Strong experience in Database modeling and designing, SQL Database, Oracle 12c RAC Configuration. Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c Running on Red Hat Linux. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is desirable. – For the position of Internal Auditor, the candidate should possess the following qualification/experience: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. The candidate with extensive experience in Risk Based Audit in Public/Private Sector Banks with special focus on assessing the risks as well as evaluation in Internal control mechanism. – For the position of Chartered Accountant, The candidate with additional qualifications viz. CS/CMA/MBA will be an added advantage.
