Study Title: “Competency Assessment of Medical Laboratory Technologist in Primary Health Care Settings in Odisha” Funding Agency: Access Health International (Health System Transformation Platform, New Delhi) Principal Investigator: Dr Gaurav Chhabra, Associate Professor, Department of Pathology & Lab Medicine
Competencies of Primary Health Care Workers including medical laboratory technologists play a significant role in improving Primary Health Care Performance. Under this project, AIIMS Bhubaneswar will assess the existing competencies of medical laboratory technicians employed at the CHC of the four districts; Jajpur, Gajapati, Jharsuguda, and Angul of the state of Odisha
Interview Process:
1. Eligible candidates may apply on the attached proforma.
