Office of The Sr.DDG, Punjab Licensed Service Area, Department ofTelecommunications, Mohali proposes to fill up the vacant posts in Sub Divisional Engineer (SDE) and Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) cadre on deputation basis from among the staff working at equivalent level in Central/ State Government/ Union Territories/ PSUs/Universities/Recognized Research institutions or Statutory and Autonomous bodies as per the details
Selection Procedure:
(a) Eligible and willing candidates may apply through proper channel in prescribed format at Annexure-B. Cadre authorities/Head of the Departments are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing candidates whose services can be spared on deputation immediately on their selection. The applications of only such officers would be considered that are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by following documents:
i. Application in prescribed proforma in Annexure-B.
ii. Cadre Clearance certificate from the Controlling Authority.
iii. Statement giving details of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the officer, if any during the last ten (10) years.
iv. Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate.
v. Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five (5) years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the level of Under Secretary or equivalent.
vi. Declaration in prescribed proforma.
(b) The applications of suitable and eligible officers complete in all respect, in the prescribed format, along with document listed above may be sent to the O/o Sr DDG, Punjab LSA.
7. The last date for submission of application is 21-11-2022. Incomplete application and application received after the last date shall not be entertained.
