Sub: Re-engagement of Retired State Government officials from Revenue/Forest Departments on contract basis in exigencies of services in projects where land acauisition is involved.
For filling up of 07 positions of Consultant (Land Acquisition) on re-engagement basis, applications are invited from experienced and motivated retired State |Government officers, who have worked as Additional Tahsildar/ Tahsildar/ MRO/ VRO/ Surveyor/ Assistant Collector /Deputy Collector/LAO/Spl LAO, Asst. Conservator of Forest, Divisional Forest Officer/Ranger etc. in Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra State. with experience in land acquisition/1land survey work would be given preference. The retired Government officials
1. Position: Consultant (Land Acquisition)
2. No of Post: 07
3. Duration: From the date of re-engagement and upto 21.02.2023
4. Terms of Appointment: Re-engagement of State Govt. retired officials.(Revenue/Forest Departments)
5. Scale of Pay:
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible as remuneration during the contract period, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract, as per the policy of Railway Board.
6. Specific Requirements:
The retired state Govt. officials who have worked as Tahsildar/ Tahsildar/ MRO/VRO/Surveyor/ Additional Assistant Collector /Deputy Collector/LAO/Spl LAO, Asst. Conservator of Forest, Divisional Forest Officer/Ranger etc. and who has experience in land acquisition, Land survey Work would be given preference.
7. Job Requirements:
To deal with land acquisition required for various projects authorities, forest & Government officials etc. To coordinate with concerned authorities for shifting and relocating of utilities falling in project alignment. To deal with R&R of PAPs in coordination with in coordination with state revenue SC Railways, NGOs, Consultants in connection with various projects to be implemented by South Central Railway.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit for such re-engagement shall be 65 years.

Pensioner Payment Order.
Last Pay Slip.
Certificate indicating the Date of Birth (SSC)
Aadhar Card & Pan Card.
Terms and Conditions
1. Suitability/competency of the staff shall be adjudged before such re- engagement.
2. Maximum age limit for such re-engagement shall be 65 years. No such re engaged staff will continue in service beyond 65 years of age in terms of extant rules
3. The integrity clearance will be taken while permitting such re-engagement, as feasible.
4. Paid leave of absence will be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service.
5. The employees who were removed/dismissed or compulsory retired as a result of Disciplinary action are not eligible for re-engage ment.
6. The re-engaged officials will not be eligible for any kind of leave (like CL, RH, LAP, Sick leave etc).
7. The re-engaged retired officials shall sign an agreement of confidentiality with the Railway containing a clause on Ethics and Integrity.
8. The re-engagement can be terminated without any notice and without any explanation or any reason.
9. The period of contract will be up to 21.02.2023.
