Eligibility Details
Sub:- Filling up of the posts on deputation basis in EPFO. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to fill up the following post in various offices of the Employees' Provident Fund Organization on deputation basis.
1. Position: Chief Engineer (Civil)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Scale of pay: Level-13 of pay Matrix with Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-
4. Eligibility:
Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or
(ii) With Five(05) years regular service in Level-12 of the pay matrix with Grade pay of Rs. 7600/- in the parent cadre/department
(ii) Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:-
(a) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent. 10 years professional experience in Supervisors capacity in planning, designing
(b) construction and maintenance of civil engineering works.
1. Position: Executive Engineer (Electrical)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Scale of pay: Level-11of the Pay (Pay Matrix Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- (pre-revised)
4. Eligibility:
a. Group A/Group 'B' Civil/Elèctrical Engineering Officers having qualification of degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and serving under Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration, and
b. Holding posts in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- and having minimum five (05) years regular service in the grade; or Holding posts in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- and having minimum eight (08) years regular service in the grade.

4. Eligibility:
a. Group A/Group 'B' Civil/Elèctrical Engineering Officers having qualification of degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or equivalent and serving under Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration, and
b. Holding posts in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- and having minimum five (05) years regular service in the grade; or Holding posts in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- and having minimum eight (08) years regular service in the grade.

3. Scale of pay: Level-10 of the Pay matrix (Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-(pre- revised)
4. Eligibility:
Civil/Electrical Engineering Officers under Central Government and State Government/Union Territory Administration; and ) Holding analogous posts; or (i) Holding posts in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- and having minimum three (03) years regular service in the grade.

Civil/Electrical Engineering Officers under Central Government and State Government/Union Territory Administration; and ) Holding analogous posts; or (i) Holding posts in Level 7 of the Pay Matrix with Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- and having minimum three (03) years regular service in the grade.

4. Eligibility:
a. Officers of the Central/State Government Departments, Bodies/Organisations /Public Sector undertaking under the control of Central Government /State Statutory Autonomous Government, and
b. Hiding analogous posts on regular basis; or With 03 years of regular service in the pre-revised Pay scale of Level-6 Rs. 9300-34800 with G.P. Rs.4200/- in PB-2 (Rs. 5000-150-8000) or Equivalent and a) Possessing the following educational qualification: Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering from an Institute/Board recognized by the Central Government or equivalent qualification.
1. Position: Junior Engineer(Electrical)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Scale of pay: Level-6 Rs. 9300-34800 with G.P. Rs.4200/- in PB-2 (5500-175-9000) (pre-revised)
4. Eligibility:
a. Officers of the Central/State Government Departments, Bodies/Organisations /Public Sector undertaking under the control of Central Government /State Statutory Autonomous Government, and
b. Hiding analogous posts on regular basis; or With 03 years of regular service in the pre-revised Pay scale of Level-6 Rs. 9300-34800 with G.P. Rs.4200/- in PB-2 (Rs. 5000-150-8000) or Equivalent and a) Possessing the following educational qualification: Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering from an Institute/Board recognized by the Central Government or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit of the applicant should not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The cadre controlling authority shall forward the application complete in all respect with requisite documents namely APARs, latest Vigilance clearance, Integrity Certificate, list of major/minor penalty imposed, if any, during the last 10 years within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement
2. The duties and responsibilities of various Engineering posts in the Organisation requires Supervision of physical assets in the form of land office buildings and their maintenance including monitoring of running projects will be essential duties on need basis
3. The duties also requires touring to the sites to monitor out-station projects.
4. The Deputation will be governed as per the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training from time to time and also as per the provisions of the Recruitment Rules of the respective cadre and the tenure of deputation will be initially a period of three (03) years and extendable upto 5 years.
5. The matter of pay and allowances will be governed strictly by the orders of the Central Government for such comparable posts.
6. Preference will be given to the officers whose pay and allowances are governed by the Central Government rules including GPF Rules.
7. The candidates should be holding the analogous post on substantive basis.
8. The appointment in Employees Provident Fund Organization will be further subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions of appointment issued by the Employees Provident Fund Organization, if found necessary.
9. In case the selected official seeks repatriation before completion of two years on deputation, no Transfer TA/DA will be paid on repatriation.
10. Further, if any official seeks repatriation within one year or less, Transfer TADA already paid, if any is also liable to recovered.
