Cosmos Bank is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Sales Executives and Sales Managers for Pune location for its Retail Loan products. If you are smart, having good communication and convincing skills, you have a bright future in our Bank based on your performance.
1. Position: Sales Executive
2. Qualification: Minimum Graduate preferably in Commerce.
3. Experience:
Minimum experience of 2 / 3 yrs. in marketing of various Retail Loan products required.
Previous experience at DSA will be preferred.
The candidate should be smart, having good communication skills and well conversant in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.
Candidate should have adequate exposure of Pune city and suburbs
1. Position: Sales Manager
2. Qualification: Graduate preferably in Commerce / MBA-Marketing.
3. Experience:
At least 7 years’ experience in any Bank / NBFC / DSA of which around 3 years’ experience in Managerial cadre having skills to handle sales team for Target Achievement.
Prior exposure to selling of banking products like Retail Loans (Personal & Business) to clients/customers is mandatory. This includes home loans, auto loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Professional Loans, BT Loans, Business loans etc.
The candidate should be smart, having good communication skills, good understanding of handling loan products and markets.
Candidate should be well conversant with English, Hindi and Marathi languages and also with Pune city & Suburbs
4. Remuneration will be matching with Experience and industry practices. Hybrid model of Basic pay and incentives on converted business can be worked out.
Age Limit
Sales Executive: Not more than 35 years as of 28.02.2022. Sales Manager: Not more than 40 years as of 28.02.2022
