Education Qualification :
For engagement of ATTENDANT for our RSETI, Kolhapur on contractual basis initially for two year period. Provision for further renewal subject to satisfactory performance I conduct / behavior up to maximum period of 5 years. The following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant.
1. Position: Attendant
2. No of Post: 01
3. Eligibility: The applicant shall be Matriculate. Should be able to read and write Hindi and English. Resident of the district where the RSETI located and locall state rules relating to selection of candidates would prevail.
4. Contract Period:
The candidate shall be engaged on contractual basis initially for Two years period, and provision for further renewal performance conduct I behavior and for a maximum period of 5 years at Bank's sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules. The contract may be terminated by either side by giving one month's notice. based on the satisfactory
5. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.8000/- per month. No other allowances reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.
For engagement of FACULTY for our RSETI, Kolhapur following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:

3. Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification should be Graduation. Diploma in vocational courses guidance preferable. Preference given to the candidate who has flair for teaching in rural development, Social, Agriculture, Economics, Psychology With computer knowledge. Applicant should be resident of district (local) where RSETI is situated.
4. Experience: 2 years as in-house Faculty or visiting faculty. Shall possess good flair computing skill / knowledge in Computer etc. Candidate should preferable be resident of local area where RSETI is situated.
5. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.20,000/- per month.
Age Limit
minimum 18 years and maximum 65 years as on 31.05.2022
Selection Process
1. The date of interview will be decided with due consultation with higher authorities and committee for the same.
2. Only those candidates who have met with eligible criteria and who are shortlisted for appearing for personal interview will be intimated either by email (online) or by speed post or by register post at the address or email address as the case may be, furnished by them in the application form.
3. Attendent: The selection is based on performance in the interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50% (50 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
4. Faculty: The selection is based on performance in the written test, personal interview and teaching skill presentation / demonstration. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test, personal interview and teaching skill will be 50% in each parameter. Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
