Education Qualification :
1. Position: Senior Trainee Pilots
2. Requirement: A320 Type Rated Co-Pilots with high level of competence.
3. Eligibility: Indian Nationals or Overseas citizens of India
4. Minimum Academic Qualification: 10+2 with Physics & Maths from a recognized Board/University
5. Technical/Licence Qualifications:
a) Current Class-I Medical Fitness Assessment issued by DGCA, India
b) Current CPL/ATPL issued by DGCA, India
c) Current FRTO issued by DGCA, India
d) Valid A-320 Endorsement on Indian CPL/ALTP
e) Current Instrument rating on A-320 aircraft endorsed on Indian CPL/ALTP
f) Valid ELP endorsed on Indian CPL/ALTP
g) Current RTR (A) or RTR(P) or RTR(C) issued by WPC, Ministry of Communication, India
h) Mandatory eGCA-id with all licences and documents validated.
6. Skills & Attributes
a) Maintain up to date knowledge of current aviation & Flight Safety requirements
b) Maintain knowledge of service procedures & company policies
c) Comply with all DGCA regulations and ability to maintain all required licenses up to date.
d) Remain medically fit, following rest regulations to comply with flying duties.
7. Simulator Fees to be paid by candidates who qualify interview: Rs 1 lakh

Age Limit
Upto 30 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct safe flights while adhering to flight plans, regulations, and procedures
2. Supervise flight crew members to ensure safety, comfort and convenience of all passengers
3. Communicate with ground crews and air traffic control unit during take-off, flight and landing
4. Inspect aircraft for defects and malfunctions, according to pre-flight checklists
5. Inspect aircraft based on pre-flight checklists
6. Make announcements to passengers about flight conditions, status, take-off and arrival time.

2.The selected candidates shall be in possession of a Police Verification Certificate obtained in the preceding three months from the date of joining (in case their passport has not been issued / renewed in the last 05 years).
3.Candidates, currently employed , must produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their current Employer, at the time of joining Air India.
