Subject: Filling up of various Senior Management positions in National e- Governance Division (NeGD) on deputation basis
i. NeGD invites applications for the following position on deputation basis from amongst officers holding regular positions in the Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous organizations and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Government:
1. Name of the Post: Director (Capacity Building)
2. Pay Level & Pay Band: Pay Matrix Level-14 PB-4 - Rs. 37,400/-67,000/- - Grade Pay - Rs. 10,000/-

4. Essential Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree of a recognized University/ Institute in a suitable discipline.
5. Desirable Qualification and Experience Post Graduation in a suitable discipline and/or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Human Resources) ISTD Diploma Experience in Training and e-Learning
6. Experience
(i) 16 years of experience in Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of experience in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, e Governance Trainings in a computerised environment.

5. Desirable Qualification and Experience Post Graduation in a suitable discipline and/ or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Technology Management) Experience in Technology Management
6. Experience:
(i) 16 years of experience in Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of experience in Technology Management, Technology forecasting, e Governance Management, Technology project portfolio etc.

4. Essential Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree of a recognized University/Institute in a suitable discipline.
5. Desirable Qualification and Experience Post Graduation in a suitable discipline and/ or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Information Technology) Experience in Infrastructure and e-services Management.
6. Experience
(i) 16 years of experience in Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of experience in Infrastrucure and e-services Management, IT platform, IT stack, Public e-services, e-services delivery, e-commerce, e Governance Management, etc.
