Education Qualification :
Engagement of Part Time School Teacher on contract basis against vacancies existing in teacher category of Northeast Frontier Railway through "WALK IN INTERVIEW". It has to conduct "Walk —in-interview for filling up the following vacant posts of teacher in this Railway hy engaging suitable candidate purely on contract basis.
i. The engagement will on part time basis on fixed consolidated monthly remuneration for a period not exceeding 31-03-2023 or appointment of regularly selected candidate from Railway recruitment Board or availability of Regular Railway employee whichever is earlier or till the end of academic session.

3. Qualification:
a. Primary Teachers:
Senior secondary (or equivalent ) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed/Diploma in Elementary Education (d.El.Ed.)/JBT/PIT ( by whatever name Known) ass in the Teacher Eligibility (T F.T) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines fratned by the N ICE t6he purpose and must have competency to teach in English Medium.
b. Trained Graduate Teachers
i. Must have second class Bachelor's degree ( in teaching subject) and B.Ed. And. 2. Pass in the teacher Eligibility TestTET) conducted by the approved Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE IOr the purpose. And
ii. Competence to teach through English medium / media as required at least he Ishe should have the language VYIper in secondary level. 4. For PTI graduate from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical training from a recognized institution. Or. B P E D from a recognized University and Higher Secondary
iii. For Fine Arts- Bachelors' degree with Drawing & Painting /Fine Arts with minimum 2 years full time Diploma from a recognized Institution.
c. Post Graduate Teacher:- Post Graduate in relevant subject & B. Ed. with competency to teach in English/Assamese medium.
d. Contractual Teacher :-
a. Contractual computer teacher : - MCA/BCA M.Sc. (Computer Science)/B.sc.( Computer Science) B.tech(Computer Science)/PGDCA from recognized institution/ University. Contractal Dance Teacher :- H.S. and Degree or Diploma in dance.
b. Contractual music teachers :- H.S. and Degree or Diploma in music. Contractual Spoken English :- Graduation and Diploma /Certificate in spoken English. Contractual Karate [Kung Fu Instructor : H.S.L.C and Must have black belt certification from recognized institution
Age Limit
He or She should be between the age of 18 to 65 years.
Note:
i) The Engagement if done will purely be on contract basis & the contract would automatically terminated on the date specified fro the purpose if not terminated earlier and the contract will not extended under any circumstances.
ii)The Part Time teacher who enters in to contract with the Railway will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity or automatic extension of the terms of contract after the specified date of expiry of contract.
iii)No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
iv) If any candidate is employed he will have to submit NOC from his/her employer .ifhe/she is already employed.
v) In the event of any wrong information academic certificate [testimonial /mis-statement [discrepancy in the particulars taxing detected at any stage the candidature [contract may be canceled/ terminated without any Notice
Terms and Conditions:
1. The part time teacher would per10rm all jobs related to academics including evaluation work for which no extra payment will be made
2. He or She should be between the age of 18 to 65 years.
3. Part-time teacher would not be entitled to any other facility like leave , medical facilities , Passes/IYVC)s Transportation etc.
4. part time teacher will have no claim or right for appointment on regular basis and will not form part of the cadre of Railway teachers.
5. The contract shall be liable to be terminated by giving two week s notice by either side without assigning any reason
6. The contract shall be terminated immediately if the teacher is mentally/physically incapacitated.
7. The part time Contract Teacher who enter in to contract with the Railways will not have any claim of right for his her continuity in service or automatic extension of the term of contract for regularization /absorption in the post.
8. The part time teacher shall undergo a medical examination before the contract is entered into for his/her fitness to perform the work assigned to him/her.
9. At the time of entering in to contract the teacher shall produce certificated for proof of his/her good Character and antecedents from two Gazetted Officers of the Central/State govt.
10. At the time of interview & entering in to contract the part time Teacher shall produce original certificate for proof of his/her date of Birth and educational and technical qualification
11. The candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC community should bring along with him/her original community certificate issued by competent authority in prescribe form of Govt. of India.
