Qualification Details:
Applications are invited for the Post of 'Principal' (2 Nos.) at HAL Schools (HAL Public School) & HAL New Public School), Bangalore, affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi.
1. Name of the post: Principal
2. No of Post: 02
3. Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in teaching subject from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. A Teaching Degree in Education
4. Experience: Minimum 15 years teaching experience of which 5 years teaching experience as PGT and 3 years administrative experience as Vice-Principal/ Principal at Senior Secondary School.
5. Pay and allowance: Basic Pay Rs.78,800/-. Candidates will be eligible for admissible Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travelling Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc., as per rules (Gross:Rs.1.34 lakhs/month approx. as on Dec'2021)
Age:
Minimum of 40 years and Maximum of 50 years as on 01st June 2022. Age relaxation of 2 years for internal candidates.
Application Fee:
Rs.200/- drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of 'Secretary-'HAL Education Committee' payable at Bangalore.
Note:
1. Only post qualification experience in CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE School will be considered as experience. Total period of experience would be computed as on the date of release of this advertisement.
2. Experience of one academic year refers to 10 months, excluding summer vacation.
3. Candidate should possess good communications skills in English. Knowledge of Computer applications is mandatory.
4. Internal candidates are eligible to apply subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as notified.
5. Candidate must attach Experience certificate wherever applicable. In case of a candidate who is working at the time of submitting application, an Appointment letter and latest Salary certificate/Salary slip from the current employer will also be accepted in lieu of Experience Certificate.
6. Integrated course offered by Regional Institute of Education would be equated with Graduation and recognized Degree/Diploma in Education.
7. Copies of testimonials pertaining to qualification (SSLC, PUC, Graduation, Post Graduation & B.Ed.), Age, Experience certificate/ Appointment letter along with latest pay slip etc are mandatorily required to be enclosed along with application.
8. Wherever, the candidates have obtained grades in place of marks, candidates have to convert the grades into marks based on the conversion formula meant for their University/Institute and fill-in in the application form. The onus is on the candidate to provide the documentary evidence for the conversion formula at the time of certificate verification.
9. 10. The organization also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ recruitment at any stage due to any administrative reasons. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The Decision of School Management is final on all matters.
Selection Process :
The selection will be done through Interview. The date, Time and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates by E-mail /Post/ telephonically.

2. The Application has to be sent through Ordinary Post/Speed Post/ Registered Post/ Courier only. Applications received through other modes viz., Fax/ E-mail etc will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
3. Application with incomplete information or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
4. Any sort of canvassing or influencing the Officials related to the recruitment/Selection Process would result in immediate disqualification of the candidate.
