Education Qualification :
The Karur Vysya Bank Limited, a leading Private Sector Bank in India invites online applications for appointment of Sales & Service Associate (on contract) from the qualified candidates.
1. Post Name: Sales and Service Associate (on contract)
2. Academic Qualification: As on 31.12.2021
a. Any candidate who has completed Under Graduate Degree under regular course from a college affiliated to a recognized University with 50% of marks and above.
b. Any Degree obtained through Correspondence or Open University is not eligible.
c) If the percentage of marks is in CGPA mode, the same should be converted into equivalent percentage.
d) Candidates should be conversant in Local language where he is posted
e) Candidates should have working knowledge in English
f) Candidates should possess a valid driving license and a two wheeler in his name
g) Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in sale of BFSI products is preferred
3. Compensation:
a) The selected candidates will be appointed on contract basis for a period of one year initially and the salary would be on consolidated basis in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 depending upon the candidate experience and place of posting.
b) Apart from the salary, there are no other benefits. 3) Candidates selected are liable to be posted / placed as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.
4. Service Agreement: The selected candidates will be required to execute Service Agreement (in Non-Judicial Stamp paper) upon joining the Bank.
5. Job Description :
a) Assist and educate the customers to use our digital / technology products.
b) Cross-selling of bank’s products.
c) Lead generation and ensure 100 % conversion of customers to digital platform.
d) Improving the customer experience and ensure delightful service to the customers by promoting and use array of digital products / services offered by the bank.
e) Be conversant with various digital products / platforms available in the bank.
f) Resolve any issues that may arise while using the digital products.
g) Assist customers by demonstrating the use of our digital applications, products and service.
h) Any candidate having keen interest in sales may apply.
Age:
Minimum 21 years & Maximum 28 years as on 31.12.2021
General Instructions
1. Candidates are advised to use latest version of Chrome or Internet Explorer or Firefox for registration of application
2. Initial shortlisting of applications will be done by the Bank and the shortlisted candidates will be informed individually through e-mail for personal interview

4. If any information furnished by the candidate is found to be false at later date, the selection / appointment shall be liable for termination.

6. Final selection of the candidates will be done by the Bank considering the eligibility criteria and suitability of the post

9. Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to sole Jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Karur

Selection Procedure :
