Qualification Details:

4. Emoluments: Rs.49,000+ HRA for Masters & Rs.54,000+ HRA for PhDs *as per ICAR guidelines Ph.D. in Chemistry/ Agricultural Chemicals/Entomology/Plant Pathology OR Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall Grade Point Average, with at least 3 years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/ associateship/ training/ other engagements as circulated vide F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (4.0) journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019 Research experience in Pesticide Residue Analysis Laboratory accredited as per ISO/IEC 17025 /training on sample preparation and sophisticated analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS and GCMS/MS.
5. Desirable Qualification: Minimum 2 research publications in the relevant subject with NAAS rating 6.0
6. The above position is purely on contract basis for a period up to 31 March, 2022 or period till termination of the project whichever is earlier.
7. . The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project
Age:
Maximum 40 years for men. For women/SC/ST/OBC, an age relaxation of 5 years will be given as per Govt. of India/ICAR rules.
Selection Process :
1. In view of the deteriorating situation of Covid-19 pandemic in New Delhi, it has been decided that the interview will be conducted only through Video Conferencing (Online) and not in person.
2. The selection will be on the basis of educational qualifications, relevant experience and followed by Interview process. Only the candidates meeting essential qualifications, experience and age will be called for online interview. Selected candidates will be informed by e-mail to appear for virtual / online interview
