Education Qualification:
UNICEF is implementing projects related to Child Friendly Local Governance (CFLG), Pandemic related Socio-Economic Response Work and Disaster Preparedness in selected Gram Panchayats of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with support of partnering institutions. Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad is extending Coordination and Monitoring support for the activities. In this context, CGG is seeking to fill two positions as mentioned below:
1. Post Name: Field Level Resource Person – Coordination & Monitoring
2. Type: Project based contractual employment
3. No. of Posts: Two (2) (One each for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)
4. Duration: One year (contract will be coterminous with the project duration)
5. Responsibilities:The Field level Resource Person (FRP) will closely work with partnering institutions who are implementing the projects in GPs and will mostly operate from the office of partnering institutions at Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. S/he will represent the UNICEF at field-level interacting with various stakeholders as per the project requirements and will be responsible for following activities:
6. Essential: Post-Graduation in Social Sciences, Social Work, Public Policy, Developmental Economics, Rural Development or related discipline with 5to 10years experience in undertaking research, monitoring and evaluation work in allied domains in a Government / Private organisation/project. Should be able tospeak, read and write in Telugu and English fluently.
7. Remuneration:As per education qualification and previous work experience (as per the industry standards).
8. Desirable: Work experience in government projects particularly related to child welfare and development. Certifications / Diplomas in associated disciplines are an added advantage.
