Qualification Details:
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Education (Department of School Education & Literacy) invites online applications through its website www.navodaya.gov.in for filling up the following posts on deputation basis for its Hqrs. at NOIDA and 08 Regional Offices at Bhopal, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Pune & Shillong:

3. Pay Level as per 7th CPC: Level-13 (Rs. 123100- 215900) in the pay matrix of 7th CPC
4., Place of Posting: Hqrs. NOIDA
5. Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering or B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent and having at least 12 years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects.
6. Experience:
Officer of the Central Government / State Government / Central Public Sector Undertakings / State Public Sector Undertakings / Central and State Autonomous Bodies having minimum 13 years of regular Group-A service or equivalent; and
a) holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
b) holding post of Executive Engineer / Senior Manager / Deputy Chief Engineer in Level – 12 (Rs. 78800 - 209200) of pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent with minimum 05 years of regular service in the grade. OR
c) holding post of Executive Engineer in Level-11 (Rs. 67700 – 208700) of pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent with minimum 10 years of regular service in the grade.

Application Fee:
No fee is required to be paid by the candidates.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The deputation will be governed by the standard terms and conditions of deputation prescribed by the Govt. of India and as amended from time to time.
2. The period of deputation would be initially for a period of three years, which may be extended upto 05 years at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
3. The officers selected will have the option to draw either his / her grade pay plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance or his pay fixed by NVS in the scale of post as per existing Govt. of India instructions.
4. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, being an autonomous organization, the employees are neither eligible for allotment nor retention of general pool accommodation.
5. Cut-off date for determining various eligibility criteria (educational qualifications, age limit, experience etc.) will be 30.12.2021.
6. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility before applying for the post. Prescribed essential qualifications are only a criterion of eligibility for consideration and does not entitle a candidate to be necessarily called for interview or selection.
7. NVS can take up the verification of eligibility of the candidate at any point of time. If found ineligible, the candidature shall be summarily rejected.
8. NVS reserves the right to adopt a suitable criteria as may be required, in order to shortlist the candidates for calling for the interview / personal interaction and to draw a select panel to fill up the posts on deputation basis. APARs for the preceeding 05 years (i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 , 2019-20 & 2020-21) of the shortlisted candidate will also be assessed at the time of interview / personal interaction.
9. Selected candidates except GM (Construction) and DC (Finance) are liable to be posted / transferred to any of the Regional Offices of NVS.

APARs for the preceeding 05 years (i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 , 2019-20 & 2020-21) of the shortlisted candidate will also be assessed at the time of interview / personal interaction.
How to Apply :
I. Eligible candidates may apply through online mode only from NVS website at www.navodaya.gov.in. No other means / mode of application will be accepted. Wherever, supporting document is to be uploaded in the online portal, the same is to be uploaded without fail, failing which the candidature may be rejected.
II. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID & Mobile No. and must ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same mobile No / registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder) .
III. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing / providing the correct details while filling-up the on-line application. Candidates may edit the information, if any, before submission for application. Once the application form is submitted, it can't be edited.
IV. No fee is required to be paid by the candidates.
V. Candidates should retain a printout of the online application form and submit the same alongwith certified copies of all related supporting documents at the time of interview or personal interaction, if shortlisted.
