Education Qualification :
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organisation for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Design and document solutions using Mobile Technologies and Open source frameworks
b) Lead Agile Technical Team and closely collaborate with product team for roadmaps.
c) Use UML to perform the object oriented analysis and design and documentation of the project, including analyzing software configuration item requirements and writing up use cases based on those requirements
d) Provide estimates for design, coding, unit and integration testing efforts, and post-launch activities
e) Develop template code for the design proposed independently
f) Ensure all requirements, functional and non-functional, are met by design
g) Ensure adherence to SCM practices and policies.
h) Ensure every change in BHIM compliance with respect to Pluggable Architecture
i) Mobile software development experience using Android/iOS
j) Strong Knowledge in Object Oriented Concepts, GOF Patterns with exposure to Multithreading.
k) Experienced in designing and developing product and its Roadmaps.
l) Experienced in working with Open source frameworks (React Native).
m) Experienced in developing applications using Open source database
n) Strong knowledge in Messaging concepts (Publish/Subscribe and Point to Point)
o) Experienced in developing application using React Native beans, Persistence API, XML binding, Rest Web Services
p) Minimum one development (started from scratch) project experience (minimum one-year duration)
q)Experienced in performance optimization techniques
