Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board 2021 Jobs Recruitment Notification. HPSEB inviting applications for the positions of Driver. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Qualification Details:
In continuation to this office advertisement No.l dated 07-04-2021 for filling up 50 posts of Driver on daily wages basis online recruitment, Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited hereby again invites the applications for filling up 50 posts of Driver on daily wages basis @ Rs.336/- per day under HPSEBL strictly as per R&P Rules and selection procedure as tabulated herein below:-

1. Name of the Post: Driver

2. Number of Posts: 50 posts on Daily Wages Basis @ of Rs.336 - per day

3. Education and other Qualification: Matric Pass from a recognized Board of School Education. Must possess valid driving license for plying of heavy / light Vehicles in hilly terrain.

4. Desirable: Knowledge of customs manner and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment. im peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. A candidate shall be eligible for appointment to above, if he/she passed Matriculation and 10+2 as the case may be from the School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachali.

Age:
The applicant should be between 18 to 45 years as on 01-04-2021.

Application Fee:
For General Category Rs.400/-, for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe/ Other categories: Rs.100/-

Other Conditions:
1. All candidates, whether in Government Service or Government owned Industrial or Public Enterprises or other similar organizations or in private employment should submit their applications online directly to the HPSEBL. Persons already in regular Government service, whether in a permanent or temporary capacity are required to submit a declaration that they have informed in writing to their Head of Office/ Department that they have applied for a particular post. In case, a communication is received from their employer by the HPSEBL withholding permission to any candidate applying for/ appearing for the examination, his/her application(s) will be liable to be rejected.

2. Casual/ adhoc / daily rated/ work charged/contractual employees do not need to produce NOC from the concerned employer.

3. In Government service (regular service) candidates may apply to the HPSEBL along with requisite examination fees with information to their Head of Departments / Employer for issuing NOC. Any candidates, who are in regular Government Service or Government owned Industrial service, will not be evaluated unless he/she produces NOC from the concerned employer.

4. Furnishing of false information and documents or suppression of any factual information in the application form would entail disqualification. If the fact that false information / document (s) has been furnished or that there has been suppression of any factual information in the application; comes to the notice at any time during the service of a person, his/her service would be liable to be terminated.

5. The candidates applying for the post(s) should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the post. If on verification at any time doing the selection process, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for further process will be cancelled by the HPSEBL.

Important Instructions:
1. Date for determining eligibility of all candidates in respect of essential qualification(s)/Driving License and experience, if any, etc., shall be 18.05.2021.

2. The candidates must read the Instructions Carefully For Applying, which are available on the website of the Commission, i.e. www.hpseb.in before filling up Online Recruitment Application Form (ORA) for the above post.

3. The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, age and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned in the advertisement to avoid rejection at any later stage.

4. Online Recruitment Application Forms submitted incomplete, without requisite examination fee will be rejected straightway.

5. The benefit of reservation various posts will be admissible qnly to the candidates, who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh in respect of categories, viz. , S.C.

6. In service candidates may apply to the HPSEBL along with requisite fee with information to their Head of Departments/Employer for issuing NOC. No in service candidate will be evaluated unless he/she produces NOC from the concerned employer.

7. Examination fees once paid will not be refunded.

8. Disputes if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Courts at Shimla.

9. Eligibility for vacancies in Sub-Category of Ex-Serviceman and Sports shall be as per the norms framed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh .

10. Number of post(s) are tentative and may increase or decrease from time to time.

11. The validity of IRDP/PBL certificate is of six months from the date of its issuance. The candidates are required to furnish the valid certificate in support of his/her claim. The validity of the certificate is required to be seen at the time of documentation for evaluation of prescribed parameters for 14 marks.

12. The BPL certificate all categories i.e. SC(BPL), ST(BPL) and OBC(BPL) (as applicable) issued by the competent authority and countersigned by the concerned Block Development Officer and Urban areas competent authority issue the BPL/EWS certificate by the Executive Officer/Secretary Municipal Committee /Council and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation(as applicable).

a) The EWS Certificate (as applicable) issued by the competent authority and General (BPL) candidate to provide valid BPL certificate (Who has been considered against the share of EWSs quota) issued by the competent authority and countersigned by the concerned Block Development Officer and supplemented by the non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format issued by the Govt. of H.P.

13. The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, experience, age and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned in the advertisement to avoid rejection at any stage.

14. No such recruitment of above posts will be made in the share of Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, protection of Right and Full Participation) Act. 1995 against 4% reservation in view of the statutory hiring been granted by the competent authority under Section-33 of the Rights of the Persons with Disability Act.2016 .

Selection Process :
Mode of Selection: The total selection process is of 100 Marks with following distribution:-

1. Written Test /examination Total Marks: 100(A+B):- Marks obtained to be written examination to be awarded on prorate basis. MCQ covering the syllabus of Driving, maintenance skill of vehicle and Motor Act. etc. with matriculation standard as per R&P Regulation notified by the HPSEBL for 80 marks. GK of Himachal Pradesh (Matric Standard) for 20 marks.

2. Driving Test 46 marks

3. Evaluation on parameters (Evaluation of Certificates) on the basis of guide lines on GOHP vide its notification dated 17-04- 2017 further adopted by the HPSEBL: 14 Marks

4. All questions will be MCQ with four Options.

5. No Negative marking.

6. 1:10 ratio of candidates will be called for Driving Test on the basis of Merit in Written Test.

7. Score of successful candidates in driving test will be added to the marks obtained by the respective candidate in written test to draw the merit list for calling the candidates for documentation in the ratio of 1:3. The Final merit list will be prepared by including marks obtaining by candidate in earlier stage in following manners.

(i) Score/ marks obtained in this written Test (MM-40).
(ii) Score/ Marks obtained in the driving Test (Max- 46)
(iii) Documentation (MM-14 marks).

8. Waiting list will also be prepared for each category and will remain valid for one year from the date of declaration of result.

9. Candidates in the ratio 10 times to total posts will be declared qualified in the written objective type Examination (MCQ) and will be called for Driving test.

10. The candidate who qualify the Driving test will be called for Evaluation of prescribed parameters to 14 marks purely on merit basis if he/she falls within the Zone 1:3 (i.e. one post, three persons) of total posts of Drivers. The candidates shortlisted for Driving test for 46 marks and evaluation of prescribed parameters for 14 marks will be informed through " Registered Post" and their details will also made available on the official website of HPSEBL Ltd. i.e. www.hpseb.in. No, TA/DA will be payable to candidates called for documentation.

1. The Candidates must apply online through the website www.hpse.in Application received through any other mode would not be accepted and would be summarily rejected. Detailed instructions filling up Online Recruitment Application are available on the above mentioned website.

2. Closing Date For Submission Of Online Recruitment Applications (Ors) Through Ora Website from 10-11-2021 to 25-11-2021 till 05:00 P.M after which the link will be disabled.
