2. Job Description:
a. Responsible for identifying, developing and driving business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market growth.
b. Develop a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with senior leadership
c. Responsible for focusing on the development of new market initiatives through research, analysis and presentation of financial/analytical data to have competitive edge over others.
d. Collaborate with the CFO to develop a capital plan in line with the organization's strategy.
e. Analyze market dynamics, market share changes and product line performance.
f. Identify important capital projects, joint ventures, potential M&A targets and other strategic partnership opportunities.
g. Identify and convey strategic risks.
h. Communicate strategy throughout the organization.
i. Oversee the execution of business initiatives.
3. Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Strategic Management preferred
4. Experience:
i. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in corporate strategy preferably Bank or Financial Institutions with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking.Responsible for identifying, developing and driving business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market growth.
ii. The role shall focus on the development of new market initiatives through research, analysis and presentation of financial/analytical data to have competitive edge over others.
