Qualification Details:
Indian Railway Corporation Limited requires the services of personnel who have retired from Central/State Government/CPSEs/PSBs at the level of E7 and above. The details of job specification are as under:
1. Post Name: Consultant (Public Relation)
2. Professional Qualification: Two Years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relation discipline from recognized university
4. Experience: Executive holding Senior position and have recently retired from Central/State Government or CPSE or PSB and have experience in the area of Corporate Communication, Public Relations, managing Corporate image in public domain, Media Management, Crisis Management, Liaisoning with print and electronic media, writing articles/advertisement for print and Electronic media; Handling of social media.
5. Remuneration: Fixed remuneration equivalent to one half of the last pay (Basic + DA) drawn at time of retirement in case of persons retired from IDA scale of pay. For Bank pattern scale of pay, the fixed remuneration will be negotiated at the time of interview based on last pay (Basic + DA) drawn at the time of retirement.
6. Other Facilities: Transport facilities @ 10% of the Remuneration. Telephone reimbursement: Rs. 2000/- per month.
7. Period of Assignment Six months and extendable depending upon the requirement

60-64 years as on last date of receipt of application for Central/State Government/CPSUs/PSBs
