Qualification Details:
Applications are invited for engagement of 13 Nos. Prosthetist and Orthotist Professionals and 10 Nos. Audiologists at H.Q. Kanpur and various centres at New Delhi, Guwahati, Mohali, Jabalpur, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Kolkala, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Ujjain etc purely on contract basis. For P&O Candidates having 0-1 years of experience will get the consolidated remuneration of Rs.25000/- and Candidates having 1 year or more experinece will get the consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000/-.
i. For Audiologist Candidates having 0-1 years of experience will get the consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/- and Candidates having 1 year or more experinece will get the consolidated remuneration of Rs.40,000/- initially for a period of One year which may be extended on mutual consent for further period subject to satisfactory Performanance

3. Qualification:
i. Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology is must. Candidate having Master Degree in Audiology & Speech language Pathologywill be given preference. Registration in Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) of RCI is essential.
ii. Candidates should have at least 01 years of post- Qualification experience in conducting of audiology test and prescribing the required hearing aid to persons with disabilities. Knowledge of local language of place of engagement is desirable. Freshers can also apply
4. Salary: 35,000/-p.m. for 0-1 year experience, 40,000/- p.m. for 01 year and above experience
5. Tenure:
Initially for a period of one year which may be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Corporation. Engaged person shall have no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of being engaged on contractual basis.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Physically fit and mentally agile candidates with maximum age of 34 years as on 01st October, 2021 for P&O Professionals and Audiologist professionals. Candidates having adequate experience will be considered.
2. During the validity of the Contract of engagement, while on duty, engaged person shall (i) observe the punctuality & discipline (ii) attend Office on all working days and if necessary on holidays. If required, he/ she will have to work even beyond normal office hours.
3. The engaged person will be entitled to draw a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- p.m. for the candidates having 0-1 year experience and Rs. 30,000/- for the candidates having 1 year and above in case of Contractual P&O. Rs. 35,000/- p.m. for the
4. candidates having 0-1 year experience and Rs. 40,000/- for the candidates having 1 year and above in case of Contractual Audiologist. During the validity of this contract no other allowance remuneration shall be payable to him/her on account of working on holidays or outside office hours. However, he/she will be entitled to casual leave one day for each completed calendar month.
5. This Contract of engagement is terminable by the Corporation at any point of time without prior notice if the performance of the engaged person is not found satisfactory.
6. The engaged person also reserves his/her right of terminating this Contract of engagement by giving the Corporation one month's prior notice in writing or payment of
7. consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- p.m. for 0-1 year experience and Rs. 30,000/- for 1 year and above in case of Contractual P&O. Rs. 35,000/- p.m. for 0-1 year experience and Rs. 40,000/- for 1 Year and above in case of Contractual Audiologistin lieu thereof.
8. The engaged person will have no right to claim any additional benefit/ compensation/ absorption/ regularization of services in the Corporation during or after the period of engagement under any provision.
9. The engagement will be for a period of one year. However, depending on the requirement of the Corporation and the performance of the person engaged, the period of engagement can be extended.
10. The services of the contract employee will be terminated at any time even before the completion of the said period of one year.
