It is hereby notified that online applications are invited for Direct Recruitment of 150 Posts of Typists on the Establishment of the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru

3. Minimum Qualification:
i. Minimum Qualification shall be a Degree in Science/ Arts/ Commerce/ Business Management/ Computer Applications of a Recognized University with minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate for candidates belonging to General Category and Other Backward Categories and a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate for candidates belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes.
ii. Should have passed Senior Grade Typewriting Examination in English and Kannada with knowledge of operation of Computers.
4. Scale of Pay : 25500 - 81100 (Level-4) with admissible allowances as per the High Court of Karnataka (Officers & Officials) Revised Pay Rules, 2018.
5. Probation: The applicant, if appointed, shall be on probation initially for a period of two years or for extended period, if necessary

Selection Procedure :
1. Selection of candidates will be made in accordance with the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, as amended from time to time and the High Court of Karnataka Service (Direct Recruitment by Selection) Rules, 1984, as amended from time to time.
2. Selection to the post of Typist will be made on the basis of performance in the following Tests:
i. Typing Test
ii. Viva-voce
3. Candidates called for Typing Test / viva - voce will have to appear for the same at their own cost.

5. Last date for submission of application and payment of application fee:-
(a) To avoid last minute rush, the candidates are advised to submit the online applications well in advance. The website will accept the applications round the clock up to 27th November, 2021 till 11.59 p.m.
(b) For payment of fee through Online or Challan: 30th November, 2021 (within Bank’s working Hours).
