Qualification Details:
National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna, premier profit-making Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs. With the objective of having a pan India presence, the Company has forayed into production of agrichemical molecules and is looking for experienced professionals for engagement on contract basis at Bathinda Unit.

3. Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
4. Experience: Degree in Chemical Engineering with 12 years of experience in the field of Agro Chemical formulations Manufacturing Plant. Or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 14 years’ experience in the field of Agro Chemical Formulations Manufacturing Plant.
5. Consolidated fixed remuneration: Advisor (Agrochemical) Rs.1,05,000/- per month
6. Leave: 1 day’s Leave per month on pro rata basis shall be admissible during the period of engagement.
7. Accomodation: The engaged person shall be entitled for accommodation in NFL, Bathinda Township on payment of Normal License Fee, as applicable to regular employees during the period of engagement. B-type ‘quarters’ to Consultants & Sr. Consultant and ‘C-type’ quarter to Advisor may be allowed. However, water and electricity charges shall be borne by the individual. No HRA shall admissible, in case the candidate refuses to avail the allotted accommodation in NFL Township.
8.Period Of Engagement The engagement shall be on contract basis initially for a period of one year only from the date of their joining. The engagement can be extended for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of Management based on administrative requirement and /or their performance. The services of above incumbents may be terminated at any point of time without assigning any reason therefor.
9. Cut Off Date For Reckoningeligibility shall be 01.10.2021 for all purposes of this advertisement.
10.Scope Of Work: The experienced professionals are required for pre-commissioning /commissioning and operation of newly set up agrochemical plant at Bathinda.
11. Job Profile Duties And Responsibilities: For day-to-day product blending. Supervise processing of entire batch by deciding the quantity/ proportion of different raw materials to be mixed/ blended.

Age of the candidates shall not exceed 62 years as on 01.10.2021.

Selection Process :
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview. Selection shall be made according to merit drawn on the basis of performance of shortlisted candidates in the interview process to be held at NFL Bathinda. Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with minimum average of 50% marks. No Travelling Allowance would be payable for attending the interview or joining/reporting for duty upon selection.
