How to Apply :
1. Late date of receipt of application as per format given at our website. Application as per requisite format alongwith photocopies of testimonials, address proof, 10/12th certificate, mark sheet, educational certificates, MBBS (First to Final year), Internship Certificate, Attempt Certificate, Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate from Medical Council, Experience Certificates (as applicable for the post) and Medical Fitness Certificate will be forwarded to ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Redfield's, Coimbatore 641 018.
2. Separate application should be given for each Polyclinic in case more than one Polyclinic is being opted. Last date of receipt of application is 10 Sep 2021. Any application received after due date will not be accepted.
3. Interview Date, Time and Venue. Interview will be conducted at 10.00 AM on 16 Sep 2021. Candidate must reach ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Coimbatore -641 018 before 08.30 AM on the date of interview and also to bring all original certificates at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. ESM will also forward copy of discharge book and PPO alongwth application form.
