4. Educational Qualification: Graduation with minimum 50% marks (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) regular course
5. Minimum Work Experience: 2 Year service in Officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Urban Cooperative Bank/ Small Finance Bank/ Banking Subsidiary

a. Branch Operations
b. Liability Sales
c. Risk management
d. Collection and Recovery
e. Credit Retail and MSME Underwriting
f. MSME Relationship/ Sales Manager.
g. Gold Loan Business

7. Probation Period: 1 year Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance during probation
8. Service Agreement Period: 2 years
9. Compensation Package: IBA approved pay scale of Rs. 36,000 – 1,490/7 – 46,430 – 1,740/2 – 49,910 – 1,990/7 – 63,840. One Additional Increment each for JAIIB and CAIIB. Will be eligible for Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) and all other benefits as applicable to the Scale I officers as per the scheme in vogue
Age:
Not more than 28 years. Candidate should be born not earlier than 01.08.1993 and not later than 31.07.2003 (both days inclusive)

Rs. 800/- (excluding GST and other applicable charges). Applicants meeting the stipulated norms only need to apply for the post, Application fee once remitted will not be refunded in any case.

General Conditions:
1. Before filling in the online application form, the applicant must ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility criteria with respect to age, educational qualifications, work experience etc. in respect of the post for which he/she is making the application.
2. The applicants will be called for Interview based on the information provided in the online application form submitted by them. If any of the information furnished by the applicant is found to be false on a later date, the selection / appointment is liable for termination.
3. Selected candidates will have to execute an agreement to the effect that they will serve the Bank for a minimum period of Two (2) years (active service) from the date of joining the Bank.
4. In case he/she leaves the service of the Bank before the expiry of the said period, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) will have to be paid towards expenses incurred by the Bank for recruitment, imparting training (both in house and external training including on the job training), compensation / liquidated damages on account of loss of opportunity for the Bank from deriving anticipated benefits out of the recruitment process, etc.
5. Applicants are advised to retain two copies of the same photograph which is used in the application for use at the time of Interview.
6. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
7. Applicants will have to appear for Interview on their own.
8. Applicants willing to serve anywhere in India only need to apply.
9. Appointment will also be subject to Medical fitness, satisfactory background verification and completion of other formalities as per the rules and regulations of the Bank from time to time
Selection Procedure :
Online Test and Final Interview
i. Adequate number of shortlisted applicants will be called for Interview.
ii. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the applicant for being called for Interview.
iii. Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in selection process considering number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for Interview.
iv. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
