1. Name of the Post: Trainees
2. Number of vacancy: 07
3. Area of training and Qualification:
a) Retail Marketing: Any Graduate with Minimum 60% mark in qualifying examination. MBA specialized in Marketing with 60% mark
b) Agriculture – Field Operations: Any Graduate with Minimum 60% mark in qualifying examination. Preference will be given to candidates who had studied Plus Two in Science with Biology or any agriculture related subject during the lower classes
c) B.Com trainee: B.Com with 60% marks in qualifying examination
d) Technical Graduate Trainee: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Preference will be given to the candidates who had done apprenticeship in similar industries.
e) ITI Machinist: ITI certificate in Fitter trade or equivalent certificate in VHSE
4. Period of Training:
a) Maximum period of 3 years, based on satisfactory performance, which is not extendable under any circumstances.
b) Company can reduce the period of training on whatever reason as it deems fit.
5. Amount of Stipend:
a) Retail Marketing: Rs.10000 for the First year Rs.10500 for the Second Year Rs.11000 for the Third year; For MBA (Marketing) Rs.12000 for the First year Rs.12500 for the Second Year Rs.13000 for the Third year
b) Agriculture – Field Operations: Rs.10000 for the First year Rs.10500 for the Second Year Rs.11000 for the Third year
c) B.Com trainee: Rs.10000 for the First year Rs.10500 for the Second Year Rs.11000 for the Third year
d) Technical Graduate Trainee: Rs.10000 for the First year Rs.10500 for the Second Year Rs.11000 for the Third year

Below 25-27 years.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1) Those who are willing to work at any of the units of Oil Palm India Limited only need to apply.
2) The trainees shall be governed by the provisions of Training and Development Schemes as applicable from time to time and other rules prevalent in the company.
3) Those who have undergone training under this scheme under any circumstances whatsoever will not have any preference in the regular employment in the company. An affidavit in this regard will be obtained from the trainees prior to joining.
4) Any interpretation/ dispute regarding this notification / recruitment shall be decided by the Managing Director of the Company, whose decisions shall be final and binding to the applicant(s).
