The National Cooperative Development Corporation invites applications from willing and eligible retired employees of NCDC retired from the posts of Senior Assistant/ Senior Personal Assistant/ Programme Officer/ Private Secretary/ Assistant Director/ Senior Private Secretary/ Deputy Director/ Principal Private Secretary/ Director having age not more than 63 years as on closing date for engagement of their services on contract basis in Delhi.
1. Name of the Post: Senior Assistant/ Senior Personal Assistant/ Programme Officer/ Private Secretary/ Assistant Director/ Senior Private Secretary/ Deputy Director/ Principal Private Secretary/ Director
2. The initial engagement will be for a period of six months which can be extended as per the requirement of NCDC.
3. The remuneration payable will be the last pay drawn with DA (basic pay and DA) less the Pension/ annuity and or Superannuation benefits drawn per month. Pension value of employers contribution in CPF received will be reduced from remuneration payable. Pension value of employers contribution in CPF received to be calculated as per Annexure to Office Memorandum No,F.No.38/37/08-P & PW (A) dated 2nd September, 2008.
4. Transport Allowance will be payable per month @ Rs.3000/- for Group A retired officers & Rs. 1500/- for Group B retired officials. The personnel engaged will also be eligible for reimbursement of telephone expenses limited to Rs. 800/- per month.
5. The personnel engaged on contract basis will be eligible for 8 days of leave in a calendar year on a pro rata basis. Therefore, he/she shall not draw any remuneration in case of absence beyond 8 days (calculated on a pro rata basis). Also un-availed leave in a year shall not be carried forward to next calendar year.
