Qualification Details:
The Company is looking for Lab Technician, Supervisor, and Inspectors/Tester & Operator on tenure basis for a period of FIVE years with provision for absorption in the regular rolls of the company subject to the requirement of the organization and performance of the official.

1. Position, Pay Scale: Scale of Pay (Category –C): Monthly Gross Salary ₹.18,946/- (Basic + VDA+HRA+CCA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.3875-75-4775-85-7070 plus allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.

c. Company’s residential quarters subject to availability in which case HRA is not admissible.

d. 20 days of Earned leave, 15 days of Casual leave and 05 days of Sick leave as per Company, Rules for Non-Officers.

e. Present Variable dearness allowance @356.6% of Basic pay, HRA@ 30% of basic pay

Age:
Not more than 28 years (as on date of advertisement) Relaxable by: a. 5 years for SC / ST / PWD /EWS b. 3 years for OBC (Non creamy -layer) and c. Ex- service personnel in accordance with the GoI Guidelines. Maximum age limit for Ex-service Personnel: The period of service in the Armed forces plus 3 years shall be deducted from the actual age of the person and should not exceed the age prescribed above and the actual age should be below 53.

General Conditions:
1. Only Indian nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming appointment.

2. Educational Qualification, Age and Experience limit prescribed is as on the date of Advertisement.

3. Reservations for SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer)/ Ex-Servicemen and Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) category exists as per Govt. of India Guidelines. Candidates belonging to OBC Category are required to submit latest certificate stating that they do not come under the purview of "Creamy layer' from a competent authority in the prescribed format issued by the Govt. Of India (not more than 06 months old as on the date of Advertisement).

4. Relaxation in Age and Experience may be considered at the sole discretion of the Management and as mentioned above.

5. The Company reserves the right to consider only those candidates for Competitive Aptitude/Technical test/Group task who according to its decision rank high in terms of eligibility criteria.

6. Decision of the Company with regard to eligibility of Candidates will be final. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate for admission to selection.

7. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification of the candidature.

8. The Company reserves the right to fill all or partially or not to fill any of the post/s. The number of posts to be filled may decrease or increase depending on the actual / future requirements of the company.

9. Applications with insufficient / incomplete information will be rejected.

10. Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI or Letter Grade in diploma is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University / Institute. The authentic conversion formula into percentage must be attached with the hardcopies submitted for percentage verification, otherwise the application is likely to be rejected.

11. The candidates must have an active email-id and mobile number. All future communications with the candidates will take place only through email. Candidates have to ensure the accuracy of their email. ITI Ltd will not be responsible for bouncing of any email sent to the candidate.

12. In case of Date of Birth verification, Academic (educational) documentary Proof will only be considered.

13. Court of Jurisdiction for any dispute / cause will be at Bangalore.

14. Any corrigendum / addendum, if any, will be hosted / published on ITI website. Candidates are requested to visit the website regularly for updates.

How to Apply :
A. Online Applications should be submitted latest by 18/07/2021 on ITI Limited Website https://www.itiltd.in/ In addition to Online Application, the candidates are required to submit hardcopies of Application along with required documents as per the list below in the following Address by Registered/Speed Post.

1. Candidates Without submitting hard copies of application with relevant documents, will not be considered for further process of Recruitment. Last date of receipt of online applications 18/07/2021 and receipt of hard copies of application along with the copies of Certificates 22/07/2021 (5 PM).

2. No application fee is required. Professionals ready to take up the challenge and meeting the requirements may download the prescribed Online filled Employment Application format and send the duly filled in application along with their signature on the online application form (hard copy) to the address furnished below so as to reach the undersigned on or before 22/07/2021(5 PM).

B. Hardcopies of Application should be accompanied with the following:

1. Self-Attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets in proof of Educational Qualification (X standard / SSLC and onwards) should be attached & also Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.

2. SC/ST category candidates should attach attested photocopy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority .0riginals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.

3. OBC (Non-creamy layer) category candidates should attach attested photocopy of Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (Not older than 01 year as on the date of advertisement). Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.

4. Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) candidates should attach attested photocopy of the Certificate for the same issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.

5. Ex-service personnel category candidates should attach attested copy of service certificate. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of Test.

6. Candidates from Govt. / Central Govt. / State Govt./PSU should submit, No Objection Certificate from the present employer along with the Application.

7. PWD category candidates should attach attested photocopy of valid disability certificates issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of Test.

8. Photostat copies of Full Time Academic certificates i.e. SSLC, ITI Trade certificate, Apprenticeship training certificate Diploma Engineering (all three years) as applicable to the post for which applied, should be attached.

9. Candidates are requested to check their eligibility criteria before applying online with regard to age and educational qualification against the advertisement. Advertisement Ref. N0.
