Qualification Details:
Indian Railway Corporation Limited requires the services of personnel who have retired from CPSEs or Banks at the level of E9 or equivalent. The details of job specification are as under:
1. Post: Consultant (Finance)
2. Professional Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university plus professional qualification in Finance.
3. Experience: Executive holding the Senior position and have recently retired from CPSE or Bank and have experience in the area of International Banking, Investments, Liability management, Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury operations, Credit operations and Business Development.
4. Place of Posting: Mumbai
5. Remuneration: Fixed remuneration equivalent to one half of the last pay (Basic + DA) drawn at time of retirement in case of persons retired from IDA scale of pay. For Bank pattern scale of pay, the fixed remuneration shall be negotiated at the time of interview based on last pay (Basic + DA) drawn at the time of retirement.
6. Other Facilities: Transport facilities @ 10% of the Remuneration. Telephone reimbursement: Rs. 2000/- per month.
7 Period of Assignment: Six months and extendable depending upon the requirement.
