Applications in prescribed form are invited from intending eligible candidates of Keonjhar District for filling up the following categories of Tribal Language Teacher posts in the Schools under ST&SC Development Department of Keonjhar District on purely temporary and Contractual Basis.

4. General eligibility:-
(a) He /She must be a citizen of India.
(b) He/ She must not have more than one spouse living.
(c) He/ She must be a permanent resident of Keonjhar District.
(d) He/ She must bear a good moral character.
5. Qualification:- The candidates having minimum qualification of +2 Science/ Arts/ Commerce or its equivalent examination declared by the appropriate authority with desirable training qualification and the candidate must have proficiency in the Language which is operational in schools under Multi Lingual Education (MLE) programme. The candidate must have Odia as mother tongue up to Class-VII.
6. Remuneration:-
The monthly consolidated remuneration of the persons to be engaged in the contractual post of Tribal Language Teacher is Rs.9,250/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) only. Every year their remuneration shall be hiked as per G.A. I)eptt. Notification No. 19574/ Dtd.12.09.2017.

The candidate shall not be below 18 years and above 40 years of age as on 01.07.2021.
Documents Required:
(a) Self Attested Xerox copies of certificates showing Academic Qualification with mark sheets.
(b) Self Attested Xerox copies of certificates showing desirable qualification with mark sheets if any.
(c) Self Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate issued by the Tahasildar.
(d) Self Attested Xerox copy of valid Resident Certificate issued by the Tahasildar.
(e) Self Attested Xerox copy of valid Employment Registration Card.
(f) Self Attested Xerox copy of P WD Certificate in case of Person with Disability candidate.
(g) Self Attested recent passport size colour photograph to be affixed in the Application Form.
Note:
1. The category and the name of post applied for should be superscripted in bold capital letters on the cover containing the application form.
2. No TA,DA will be allowed at the time of verification of original certificates
3. The incomplete applications and applications received after due date will be summarily rejected.
4. The Collector, Keonjhar reserves all the rights to cancel the Advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.
5. The Collector, Keonjhar reserves all the rights to increase / decrease the notified vacancy on exigency without assigning any reason thereof.

Selection Procedure :
1. The Selection shall be made only on merit basis i.e. There shall be a Proficiency Test for the concerned Tribal Language to be conducted at the District Headquarter.
2. There will be 75:25 weightage given to each candidate for the concerned language proficiency ( Marks obtained in the Proficiency Test) and percentage of marks secured by the candidates in the qualification examination (HSC).
