Qualification Details:
The details regarding the qualification and experience required, number of vacancies and remuneration are given in the below.
1. Posts to be filled: Officer (Admin/Finance)
2. No. of vacancies: 01
3. Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce. Preference will be given to candidates who have Masters in Commerce. Knowledge in Tally is desirable
4. Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Government projects. Retired Government servants with relevant qualification and experience may also apply for the post.
5. Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 25,000

Upper Age Limit (as on 01.05.2021) 40 years, For Retired Govt. Servants Between 56 years to 62 years
Instructions For Online Application Submission:
1. Admittance to all stages of the recruitment will be provisional only. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found in the application during the detailed scrutiny, at any stage of the recruitment process, will result in the rejection of candidature.
2. Candidates are required to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as specified in the notification published in the website of Centre for Management Development and website of Department of Social Justice, Kerala website before submitting the application.

4. Candidates will have to upload their passport size photograph (taken within six months) and signature while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format. The size of the photograph must be less than 200KB and the size of the signature should be less than 50KB. The copies of certificates shall be either in JPEG format or in PDF format and shall not exceed 3MB in size
5. Candidates must enter the mobile number and email address with utmost care as all further intimations will be made either via mobile number or via email.
6. If a situation arises where a relatively large number of candidates have qualified, then a preliminary assessment and screening of the applications will be done.
Note:
1. Candidates (fulfilling aforementioned eligibility criteria) who have applied earlier (against notification no. SJD/2497/2020- G5 dated 01/01/2021 and notification no. SJD/2497/2020-G5 dated 11/02/2021) for selection to the posts of Team Leader (Connect Centre) and Quality Leader, need not Re-apply. It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied.
2. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.
3. The Department of Social Justice, GoK reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for test/group discussion/interview, as the case may be for the post, based on marks secured in their qualifying examination and years of relevant experience. Candidates should clearly mention the marks scored in their qualifying examination in the application. The conversion of grade/CGPA to percentage would be based on the procedure certified by the University from where they have obtained the degree.
4. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. In the event of any information provided by the candidate being found false or incorrect at any stage, their candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated without any notice. The Department of Social Justice reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.
