Education Qualification :
The company invites application from working/retired professionals/officials of Ministry of Railways/Central or State Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies/Central Public Sector Undertakings (or SPVs)/Metro Railways/Private Sector for the position of Advisor (Contract Management) on contract basis.

5. Period of Employment Initially for a period of 2 Years which can be further extended depending on performance and requirement on terms to be decided by the company.
6. Education Qualification Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized institute / university.
7. Eligibility Criteria & Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in High Value Contract Management including the following areas:
a) Drafting high quality international competitive bidding contractual description in line with FIDIC – GCC to cover the complete life cycle of the high value projects.
b) Contract Management including legal & contractual laws governing the high value projects.
c) Dispute Resolution mechanism – Mutual, DAB, Arbitration etc. with international contractors of the high value projects.
8. Job Description The official will be expected to perform following functions: -
a) Drafting high quality international competitive bidding contractual description in line with FIDIC – GCC to cover the complete life cycle of the high value projects.
b) Contract Management including legal & contractual laws governing the high value projects.
c) Dispute Resolution mechanism – Mutual, DAB, Arbitration etc. with international contractors of the high value projects.
d) Any other job as assigned by management.
