This newly build setup platform is looking to build a strong management structure by bringing a team with diverse backgrounds and relevant experience. NHAI is looking to hire a professional preferably from roads background for the post of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will head the Project Management Company (PMC) which is a 100% subsidiary of NHAI under the umbrella of NHAI InvIT structure.
1. Name of the Post: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
2. Qualifications & Experience :
(i) B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum experience of 25 years in construction, operations and management of road projects.
(ii) Candidates having experience of working with NHAI and understanding InvIT regulations shall be preferred.
3. Remuneration Package:
a) Remuneration is based on qualifications and experience of the candidate.
b) Contract is for two years with an extension of one year.
4. Location: The position will be based out of Delhi
5. The selected candidate shall be responsible for overall planning, design, operations and maintenance of the highway assets and also responsible for governance-establishment and performance, project implementation and management agreement (PIMA), P& L Management of the PMC, Business set-up, capacity building & Team Management, business operations and stakeholders management. His experience and other qualities should inter alia include the following :
i) The Candidate should have comprehensive experience in road sector.
ii) He should have experience in working culture of NHAI and have dealt with different kind of the Concession Agreements.
iii) He should have understanding of InVIT regulations, structure and procedure. He should have experience as Team Leader and have high ethical standards.
The reporting of the CEO will be to the Board of the PMC and to be worked under NHAI InvIT Structure.
