It is proposed to fill up one (01) post of Photostat-Cum-Equipment Operator (Group 'C', non-Gazetted, non-Ministerial) in Cabinet Secretariat in Level—4 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC Scale) on deputation/ absorption basis.

4. Period of deputation: Three Years (Note: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.)
5. Eligibility: Officers of the Central Government-
(A)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; OR
(ii) With eight years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-2 of pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; AND
(B) Possessing one year's experience in operating and maintaining photocopying machines.
6. Note 1- The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by Promotion.
Age:
Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

1. Photocopies of the ACRs for the last 05 years duly attested by an officer of the rank of Under Secretary to the Govt. of India or above.
2. Vigilance/ administrative clearance certificate.
3. Statement showing major/minor penalties, if any, imposed during the last 10 years.
4. Cadre clearance.

2. Applications received otherwise than through proper channel and/or without the above mentioned documents and/or after the due date shall not be entertained.
