Qualification Details:
The Company’s core business is credit card issuance. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations.
1. Position: Manager / Assistant Manager – IT Business Solution Group
2. Job specific skills Applicants should possess the following attributes:
a. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in business process engineering business system analysis and working through the SDLC.
b. Excellent functional knowledge of Credit Cards Origination & Service.
c. Strong requirements gathering skills (Interviewing business users and functional leaders).
d. Experience in systems development life cycle in Agile / waterfall development environment.
e. Experience writing functional requirements specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Document (BRD) & Data interface specifications.
f. Experience working at program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects.
g. Experience in defining use cases and test cases for projects.
3. Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Computer science/Information Technology/MCA/MBA from Reputed College/University
4. Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience with Strong Knowledge of Vision Plus, Falcon, TRIAD etc.
5. Location of posting: Mumbai. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.
