Air India Limited is looking for Chief Executive Officer for its subsidiary, Alliance Air Aviation Limited (AAAL) having its registered office in New Delhi. AAAL is in the business of air transport of passenger and cargo.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates from Open Market for appointment to the post of Chief Executive Officer, AAAL. He will be on contract for a period of three years, extendable by two years based on performance.
The tenure can be extended or curtailed as per the requirement of the Company. The CEO will be based in Delhi, would be a part of the top management team and oversee the (overall) operational performance of the company including inter-alia Engineering, Inflight Services, Operations (including On Time Performance) and Revenue & Yield Management.
The incumbent should have a minimum experience of twenty years, be professionally qualified, result oriented with proven leadership qualities and should have been part of the Top Management Team of any Public/Private Sector organization. Preference would be given to those who have been in the aviation industry with manpower strength of at least 2000 employees. The eligibility criteria and other details are as under: -

2. Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should possess MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree/Diploma OR should be Graduate Engineer OR CA OR CMA with 20 years of managerial experience out of which at least 5 years of experience at senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO/Head of Institute) in aviation industry
3. Relevant Pay Scale/Position for Experience : a. Candidates from Central/State/ Public Sector Enterprises working at the Level of E-7 and above would be considered. b. Private Sector candidates who are working not more than 2 level below CEO/Head of Institution would be considered.
4. Emoluments: a. Fixed Gross Emoluments - Rs.2.6 lakh per month b. HRA - 30% of (a)

The age of the candidate should not be more than 57 years on the date of notification, i.e. 13.04.2021.
