One post of General Store Keeper in the Level 06 of Pay Matrix (pre- revised Scale of pB 2, 9300 - 34800 + 4200GP) is proposed to be filled up in the Govt. of lndia Press, Nashik as per Recruitment Rules by transfer on deputation basis from amongst the Officers of Central Government.

3. Eligibility:
(a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
(ii) with three years regular services in post in the pre revised pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + 4200 G.P/Level 06 of pay Matrix. OR
(iii) with eight years regular service in the Pre-revised scale of Rs.5200-20200 +2400 G.P Level 04 of Pay Matrix.
(b) Possessing Matriculation or equivalent form a recognized Board or University.
(c) Should be a permanent Govt. servant and prepared to furnish the requisite security or execute the prescribed bond.
4. Desirable: One year experience in handling Store which can be relaxed by the Appointing authority in deserving cases in case no eligible candidates apply.
5. Deputation: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed Fifty Six years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
6. Duties: The General Store Keeper is personally responsible for the case of general and stationery stores which is in stock and for all receipts and issues correctly. The general principle followed in the accounting of stores as well as custody of stores under separate charges should be followed, i.e. the accounting the stores should be invariably separate from the custody of stores under G.S.K.
(1) The selected candidate is required to furnish security amount and Security fidelity bond. The amount of security will be determined according to circumstances by the press management.
(2) The candidates once selected will not be allowed to withdraw their names later on.
(3) The candidates selected to the post will have to serve the organization for at least one year from the date of his joining the post.
