3.Pay scale/ Pay Level:Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus allowances such as DA, HRA etc. as per Govt. Rules [Pre-revised PB-2 Rs.9300-34800+ GP Rs. 4200/-]
4.Eligibility criteria: Officials of Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous bodies:- (i) Holding equivalent post or (ii) Ten (10) years of regular service in the PB-1 Rs. 5200- 20200+GP Rs.1900 (Under 6th CPC) [Revised in Level-2 as per 7th CPC] with working knowledge of computer.
Age:
The maximum age for appointment on deputation shall in no case exceed 56 years on the date of closing of applications in TRAI.

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be based on deputation. The appointment will be made on deputation on foreign service terms and will be governed by the instructions issued by the DoP&Trg. OM No. 6/8/2009- Estt. (Pay II) dated 17th June, 2010, as amended from time to time.
