Qualification Details:
Regional News Unit, Doordarshan Kendra, Chandigarh invites applications from eligible candidates for empanelment as Casual Assignee in the following categories, for their engagement on assignment basis as and when required up to 07 days in a month.
1. Category: Assistant Website Editor
2. Qualification:
a. Essential
(i) Degree from a recognized university
(ii) Degree / Diploma in Journalism /Mass Communication from a Recognised university
b. Desirable
(i) 2 Years experience in a relevant field
(ii) Exposure to new media operations and/or proven aptitude in this field
Age: 21 to 50 years
Conditions:
1. The applicant should be a resident of India.
2. The Station will have the right to reject the application without assigning any reasons thereof.
3. No TA/DA will be Permissible to the applicants called for test /interview .
4. The assignments to empanelled assignees will be given on need basis, not regular.
5. If any casual assignee stays away from the assigned job for more than six months, will be removed from the panel.
6. No casual assignee will use the Logo of DD News for his/her personal purpose.
