Qualification Details:
Name of the Post: Technical Examiner (Electrical/Mechanical)
1. Period of deputation: Ordinarily not exceeding 4 years
2. Eligibility: Officers of the status of Executive Engineers in the Engineering Department of the Government of India or Officers holding analogous post in state Government or Union Territories Offices. Officers able to carry out work of Electrical or Mechanical
trade of engineering and related procurement and having knowledge of Computer programming, hardware & IT procurement would be preferred.
3. Classification: Group 'A' Gazetted
4. Level in Pay Matrix: Level II in pay matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-1. (Pay of officers drawing higher pay under ACP/MACP scheme would be protected)

2. Maximum age limit for consideration of deputation of the officers will be as per DoP&T's O.M. No. 6/8/2009- Estt(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.It is requested that wide publicity may be given amongst officers working under your administrative control. Applications of candidates who can be relieved immediately upon their selection may please be sent to this office within 45 days of publication of vacancy circular in 'Employment Newspaper' with following details:-
a. Application in the enclosed proforma (Annexure-I).
b. Attested copies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five years.
c. Certification that no disciplinary case is either contemplated or pending against the official.
d. Vigilance Clearance certificate.
