Demonstrator - 14 Posts
Qualification Details:
The following 14 posts of Demonstrators on Tenure basis are proposed to be filled up for SHKM GMC Nalhar, Nuh.
1. Essential Qualifications and Experience : i) MBBS from any Institution / University recognized by the MCI. ii) Must be registered under the State/ Central Medical Registration Act. Preference will be given to a Postgraduate candidate in the concerned subject. In the subject of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Physiology and Microbiology; candidates possessing M.Sc. (Medical) qualification in the subject concerned are also eligible to apply.
For DNB/Dip candidates, qualification, experience and equivalence will be as per latest MCI guidelines. However Haryana Medical Teacher Rules for the Government Medical Colleges of Haryana are under consideration with the Government. As and when the rules are implemented, it will be applicable to all the appointments in the present advertisement.
2. Note:- i. The degree/diploma of undergraduate/postgraduate/DM/M.CH not recognized by the MCI will render the candidate ineligible. ii. The qualification and experience will be counted till the date of interview. iii. Details of the Research Work Publications (in annotated form) indicating index/non-index along with attested copies and best five research works along with citations supported by relevant document, must also be furnished. Any other relevant out. iv. Standing National International achievements in the profession supported by the documents, if any, must also be supplied. v. Non-medical Teachers will not be entitled to N.P.A.

4. Pay Scales:- Demonstrator: MD/ MS/DNB: Rs.18600-20100 + 6000GP + NPA+DA+ other allowances as permissible. (7th CPC-Pay matrix FPL – 11) Non- PG/ M Sc. : Rs.17440-18840 + 5400GP +NPA +DA+ other allowances as permissible.
5. Name of Department: Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology , Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry.
Age: Upper age limit for the post of Demonstrator will be 45.
Application Fee:
Non refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for women candidates, Rs.125/- for reserved category of Haryana domicile only and person with benchmark disability will be exempted for application fee.) in the form of Demand Draft / Indian Postal Order/ Treasury Challan in departmental receipt head 0210 in favour of Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (Nuh) payable at Nuh and POS Machine.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The candidate who is in service will have to produce No Objection Certificate from his/her Head of Institution/employer at the time of interview otherwise he/she will not be allowed to appear for interview.
2. Submission of incomplete application i.e. without self attested copies of testimonials of academic career, experience certificate, attempt certificate etc. may render the candidate ineligible.
3. The candidates who wish to apply for more than one specialty; they should submit separate application forms for each specialty.
4. Numbers of posts are liable to increase or decrease either way, including complete withdrawal.
5. The selection committee reserves the right to reject or accept any candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
6. Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
7. The benefit of reservation, including the benefit of relaxation in upper age limit in respect of candidates belonging to reserved category, will be as per Haryana Govt. instruction issued from time to time and is restricted to Haryana domiciles only.
8. Persons with benchmark disability will be exempted for application fee subject to enclosure of necessary certificate from a competent authority in support of their claim of disability as per notification No. 22/10/2013-1GSIII dated 25-04-2018.
9. A passport-size photograph, duly attested should be affixed on the application form.
10. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Nuh.
Important Instructions:

2. Age Limit: i) Upper age limit for the post of Demonstrator will be 45.
3. Reservation as per policy of State Govt. of Haryana.
4. Number of posts may be increased or decreased or totally withdrawn without any further notice.
5. The tenure for Demonstrator posts will be for 03 (three) years but after completion of 01 year it will be extended only after satisfactory work and conduct.
6. Application Form may be downloaded from institute website. Application form will not be provided by institute to anyone at the time of interview.
7. The status of vacancy will be updated on the website www.gmcmewat.ac.in on regular basis after publishing the advertisement in newspapers one time. You may regularly visit the institute website for updated status.

Eligible applicants have to appear for walk in interview on every Thursday from 23-07-2020 onwards for the post of Demonstrator at 09:00 AM with prescribed application form along with non refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for women candidates, Rs.125/- for reserved category of Haryana domicile only and person with benchmark disability will be exempted for application fee.) in the form of Demand Draft / Indian Postal Order/ Treasury Challan in departmental receipt head 0210 in favour of Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Date/ time of Interview: Every Thursday (for the post of Demonstrator) till the post vacant, at 09:00 AM (Attendance will be taken up to 10:30 am only, there after no candidate will be entertained).
