Qualification Details:
1. Name of the Post: Director
2. Salary: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)
3. Job Description: Director (Projects) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman–cumManaging Director. He/She shall be responsible for execution, Implementation and maintenance of Projects both in PMC and EPC contracts.
4. Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Civil Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution.
5. Experience: The applicant should have adequate managerial experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute, out of which at least 5 years during the last 10 years should have been in large construction projects/ multi-disciplinary projects in India or abroad. Experience in execution of large value EPC, PMC projects & civil and infrastructure engineering would be an added advantage.
6. Duration of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age: 45 - 60 years

(c) Evidence of working at Board level or at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level;
(d) Self-attested copies of documents in support of age and qualifications;
