Qualification Details:
Online applications are Invited from intending eligible Indian citizens as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up of the following Grade-Ill posts in respect of 32 (thirty two) ICU units in different dedicated COVID-19 Hospitals of districts under the establishment of Directorate Of Health Services. Assam. in the usual Scale Of Pay as per Assam Service (ROP) Rules. 2019. as shown below. The online applications wilt be available in the DHS. Staff Nurse (Critical Care).
1. Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Nursing) degree from Govt. of Assam recognized institute and must be registered under Assam Nurses Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
2. Scale of Pay & Grade Pay: Rs.14,000 - RS 60.500 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700/-
3. Number of Post: 640.
4. Category of Reservation: As per prevailing Government Rule.
Age:
Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 38 years as on 01.01.2020 The upper age limit in relaxable for 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC. ST (P). ST (H) Candidates only.

Selection Process:
There will be OMR based Written Test for the above mentioned posts and followed by Skill Test / Aptitude Test for all the posts separately. Detailed list Of candidates for each post along with the details Of selection test shall be notified in due course Of time and shall be displayed in the website www.dhs.assam.gov.in.

ii) The following documents in original witl have to be produced at the time Of document verification and photocopies Of all certificates etc. are to be submitted. (a) 2 (two) copies Of recent passport size color photograph duly self-attested. (b) Birth Certificate / HSLC Admit / HSLC Board Pass Certificate for age proof. (c) All pass certificates from Board/ Councit/ Universities etc. (d) Caste certificate (where applicable) (e) Permanent residentship certificate / Domicile certificate (if any) (f) Person with Disability Certificate / Differently Abled Certificate (if any) (g) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. (h) Nursing Registration Certificate authenticated bythe Registrar. Assam Nursing Council (Wherever applicable) (i) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate as per government norms (Wherever applicable) (j) Laboratory Technician course certificate (Whereverapplicable).
iii) Merit list Will be based on total marks obtained in written and skill test taken together. Tie-Breaking of Marks: If two or more candidates obtaining same total marks. then the candidates obtaining higher marks in written test shall be placed higher in merit. However. again if the candidates obtain equal marks in written test also. then the seniority of age of the candidates will be taken for consideration.
iv) NB: -i) Due weigthage will be given for experience for serving in the Government sector including National Health Mission (NHM) etc. ii) The number of post to be filled-up may undergo change depending upon vacancies.
