Chief Architect - 01 Post
Qualification Details:
BMRCL invites applications from qualified and experienced personnel for appointment to following positions in the Project Wing. All appointments proposed will be on “contract basis” only.
1. Name of Post: Chief Architect
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture
4. Desirable: Master’s Degree in Architecture. Preference will be given to Candidates with Post Graduate qualification.
5. Required Software Skills: Softwares like REVIT, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.,
6. Consolidated pay (In Rs Per Month): Rs. 1,50,000/-
7. Experience:
i. The Candidates should have minimum Post qualification experience of 20 years in large infrastructure Project Planning and Architectural designs.
ii. The Candidates should be familiar with the Standard Codes and Practices followed in India for high rise buildings, Elevated and Underground Metro Stations.
iii. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Metro Stations/Depots Planning & Architectural finishes
8. Besides the above, employees will be extended medical and personal accident insurance cover & contribution to National Pension Scheme, CUG mobile facility and Conveyance facilities as per rules of the Company
9. Period Of Contract Appointment: i. The tenure of Contract appointment will be 3 years.
ii. The Contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 3 months’ notice or by paying the Contractual remuneration of three months in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.

Selection Process:
1. The experience is post qualification and the minimum required. Mere possession of minimum experience does not confer any right to be called for interview / selection.
