Qualification Details:
1. Post Name: Chairperson in CGRF –II (Nizamabad) in Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited.
2. Eligibility Criteria: The applicant shall be a retired District Judge or a retired judicial Officer having20 years of service or a retired Chief Engineer (Electrical/Chief General Manager (Electrical) of Distribution License with 20 years of experience.
3. Tenure: The Chairperson shall hold office for a fixed term of three years or till he attains the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.
4. The Chairperson shall not be eligible for any extension of term or for reappointment except for such short periods not exceeding six months as is necessary or expedient, with the prior approval of the TSERC to enable the appointment of successor Members.
5. Job profile: The FORUM shall receive the complaints and process the same, shall call for the record, shall be heard in the presence of the complainant and issue necessary orders. The FORUM shall make sittings for hearing the complaints in the Operation Circles and CESS Ltd, Siricilla under the respective jurisdictions as per the schedule.
6. Emoluments: i. Consolidated Pay of Rs.1,44,200/- per month (Pay Level 14, Vertical Index number1, in 7th CPC)
ii. Dearness Allowance: He will be eligible for DA on par with Govt of India officers as amended from time to time.
iii. House Rent Allowance: He will be eligible for HRA at the place of headquarters on par with Govt. of India officers as amended from time to time
iv. Deduction of Pension: The gross pension (including commutation value) earned by him shall be deducted from the monthly gross salary payable to him.
v. Leave: He will be eligible for causal leave and earned leave as admissible to the serving temporary Telangana State Govt. servant. However, he will not be permitted for earned leave for encashment.
vi. TA &DA: He will be eligible for TA&DA on official tours as applicable under rules of Telangana State Govt.
vii. LTC: He will not be eligible for Leave Travel Concession.
Age: The applicant shall be a retired officer, shall have attained a minimum age of 55 years shall not have crossed the age of 62 years as on the date of publication of Notification
