Qualification Details:
1. Name of Post: Programme Officer- IT
i. No. of Post: 1
ii. Salary (Consolidated): Rs.50,000/-
iii. Essential Qualification: Degree in Computers/ IT (B.Tech./ MCA)
iv. Work Experience: Must be having more than 05 years of experience in IT (software / hardware) related work.
2. Name of Post: Programme Officer- Accounts
i. No. of Post: 1
ii. Salary (Consolidated): Rs.50,000/-
iii. Essential Qualification: B.Com. CA (intermediate) candidate will get preference
iv. Work Experience: Must be having more than 05 years of experience in accountancy work, proficient in tally ERP 9.0.
3. Name of Post: Programme Officer- Administration
i. No. of Post: 2
ii. Salary (Consolidated): Rs.50,000/-
iii. Essential Qualification: Graduate. MBA or any other additional qualification will be given preference.
iv. Work Experience: Must be having more than 05 years administration related experience in Training Institute or similar institutions
4. Name of Post: Programme Officer- Procurement & Maintenance
i. No. of Post: 1
ii. Salary (Consolidated): Rs.50,000/-
iii. Essential Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
iv. Work Experience: Must be having more than 03 years of experience for degree holder & 05 years of experience for diploma holder. Preference will be given to experience in purchase, procurement & maintenance work.
5. Name of Post: Programme Officer- Academics
i. No. of Post: 1
ii. Salary (Consolidated): Rs.50,000/-
iii. Essential Qualification: Graduate. MBA or any other additional qualification will be given preference
iv. Work Experience: Must be having more than 05 years administration related experience in Training Institute or similar institutions.
6. Number of Posts: 06 - which may be increased or decreased as per the availability of suitable candidates or requirement of institute. Institute reserves right to fill less vacancies & cancel the process.

8. Period of contract : The period of engagement shall be purely on contract basis for a period of 03 years, extendable further subject to satisfactory performance and terminable with one month’s notice on either side

Selection Procedure:
1. The selection will be on the basis of educational qualifications, relevant experience and written test followed by Interview process. The short-listed candidates on the basis of their educational qualification, experience and age will be called for written test and interview.
2. The written test will cover broadly - proficiency in English/ Hindi, computer skills (MS Office), typing skill in English & Hindi etc. & subject knowledge for IT/Civil Engineer
