Qualification Details:
The Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, RD & GR invites applications for filling up of the following posts as given as:
1. Post: Executive Engineer
2. Educational and other qualifications required for direct recruits: Having Civil Degree, Must Have 5 years Experience. in Irrigation Management, Hydrology,
3. Pay: 67700- 208700/-
4. Deputation (including short term contract) Officer under the Central Government/ State (Governrnent/ UT/ PSUs/ Autonomous/ Semi- Government/ Statutory Organisations etc. (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis OR holding a post in Ievel 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (or equivalent in the pre-revised scale) with five years regular service in the grade OR Ilolding the post in the Level 6 of the 7th CPC pay Matrix (or equivalent in the pre-revised scales) with ten years regular service in the grade AM) Having a degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University or equivalent. Officers having experience in irrigation Management/lnter State Water Disputes/ Hydrology will be preferred.
5. Re-employment: Officers retired from the Central Government/ State Government/ UT/ PSUs/Autonomous/Semi Govt./Statutory Organisations etc. Having held analogous post on regular basis OR having held a post in Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (or equivalent in the pre-revised scale) with five years regular service in the grade OR having held the post in Level 6 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (or equivalent in the pre-revised scale) with ten years regular service in the grade AND Having a degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University or equivalent. Officers having in irrigation experience Management/lnter State Water Disputes/ Hydrology/ will be preferred.
6. Direct Recruitment on contract basis: With necessary qualifications specified in The term & conditions of appointment shall be decided by the Central Government.
a. Note: In the case of direct recruitment a person who is selected for the post will hold the said post on co-terminus basis with the life of the Tribunal and he will not have any claim for regular absorption in Government.
