Qualification Details:
Applications are invited from the willing and competent retired Government officers for engagement as Explosive Expert on contractual basis initially for a period of 01 year which can be extended further at a consolidated monthly remuneration i.e. last pay drawn minus pension. 1. Qualification: The retired Government officers having (i) Master's degree in Chemistry or M. Sc. in Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subject at B. Sc. Level from a recognised university; and (ii) five years' experience in examination of explosives and fire arms are eligible for appointment as Explosive Expert. The candidate will be on whole time appointment during the period of contract.
2. NIA is looking for competent retired Government officers having requisite qualifications and experience who are keen to work in Agency as Explosive Expert on contractual basis at NIA Hqrs, New Delhi and its branch offices Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chandigarh at a fixed monthly remuneration i.e. last pay drawn minus pension initially for a period of 01 year which can be extended further as per mutual consent. They will not be entitled to any other allowance like House Rent Allowance, Medical reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession etc. However, they will be entitled to TADA as payable to their counterparts in the regular cadre of NIA. The person so engaged shall have no right to claim regularisation/ absorption in the organisation after the expiry of period of contract.
